Gender: Mare
Age: 9
Description: Peruvian Paso, flaxen chestnut with thin blaze
Typical for her breed she is sensitive, responsive and easy to ride. Being a broodmare for the past years has left her with little experience under saddle, so she needs a little more guidance from her rider and someone with a little routine.

Name: Dorado SHF
Gender: Gelding

Dorado combines the elegance of the Peruvian with the hardiness of the icelandic. His tölt has the "Termino", typical of the Peruvian, where his front legs swing outwards while in the air. He requires some experience from his rider.
Name: Ailie
Gender: Mare
Age: 10
Description: blood bay Standardbred with blaze
A lively mare who loves to run. She is generally a calm horse, but does have the tendency to get over exited, especially if she hasn't been worked in a while. Is a competition horse but is lended to our riding school for experienced riders.
Name: Chic Revival
Gender: Mare
Age: 13
Description: Chestnut Saddlebred with blaze
Purchased at an auction as a "mixed mutt" a little research later revealed she was a pure American Saddlebred, who was discarded by a famous breeder for not having enough panaché. With us she was properly trained and has a decent slow gait. We use her as broodmare and she has even given us some talented foals. Chic is a little hot headed and very tall, so is only suitable for riders with some routine.

Description: Icelandic, yellow dun roan with thin stripe and light roan markings on hind quarter
Bleik is a young, small mare just entering the riding school. She has proven herself in T2 (tölting without rein contact) and is a sensitiv, responisve horse. Because of her size she is not suitable for tall or heavy riders.

Name: Farandi
Gender: Gelding
Age: 19
Description: Very small bay tobiano Icelandic, has a wide white blaze with a brown spot in it.

Name: Bogi
Gender: Gelding
Age: 15
Description: stocky, seal brown Icelandic gelding. Freeze brand on right shoulder
He is a total love bug and needs his cuddles before any lesson. He needs a riding crop to keep his hindquarter engaged, which he needs for proper collection and a clean tölt. Without it he can become slow and pacy. A horse who is comfortable with a slow tempo, but can also be speedy when asked for it.
Name: Mjaðveig
Gender: Mare
Age: 12
Description: black Icelandic with 4 white stockings, white marking on left hindquarter, split blaze
Mjaðveig was used as broodmare in Iceland for the past decade. She was broken in, but needed some refreshing since she hadn't been ridden in years. She is a solid, trustworthy horse which can be used for trekking, ponying and riding school alike.
Name: Mjölnir
Gender: Gelding
Age: 13
Description: grey Icelandic with long dark grey mane, difficult to catch
Mjölnir seems to have a strong opinion on everything. He is particularly difficult to catch, however with a little sensitivity he can be brought in. Once in a halter he is easy to handle. The rider needs some experience and knowledge about gaits as he tends to get pacy. He is a fast, powerful horse to be ridden by those who don't mind a "little" speed or those who want a real challenge. Mjölnir is excellent at flying pace. Only for advanced riders.
Name: Ástvaldur
Gender: Gelding
Age: 9
Description: bay Icelandic with small snip over left nostril
Ástvaldur is a calm horse who can get poky at times. He is an excellent horse for beginners or insecure riders but will come to a full stop if not consistently driven forward. He does however have an endless supply of patience and easily forgives mistakes.

Description: Joey is a Tölting Trotter from Germany, a cross between Standardbred and other Trotter breeds to create the ideal tölting horse. Name: Vör
Gender: Mare
Age: 15
Description: grullo tobiano Icelandic, left hind leg entirely white with marking spreading over back.
Vör is a calm, gentle mare which can be ridden by anyone. She is overbuilt which can make it difficult for the rider to keep her in frame. Bred and trained as a five gaited horse we don't think she has enough 'power' to be ridden in flying pace regularly, however she is not bothered by the occasional sprint.
Name: Andskoti
Gender: Gelding
Age: 19
Description: chestnut Icelandic with thin blaze, curly mane. Very difficult to catch, students should bring a helper along if horse has not already been tied up.
He was the first problem horse we took on. He was left feral on a pasture for many years because no one wanted to go near him. After we could finally ride him he was very stiff and pacey. We cleared up his gaits and his head. He has turned out to be a proper riding horse, is however only for experienced riders.
Name: Hrani
Gender: Gelding
Age: 16
Description: red dun tobiano Icelandic with wide blaze
Hrani is a retired Eventer with a cheery personality. He has a real will to please and tries his best to execute his riders wishes. A very adaptable horse that can be ridden by both beginners and experienced riders.
Name: Hatta
Gender: Mare
Age: 8
Description: Icelandic with white body, black head and hind quarter.
She is a sweet mare and after some extensive training we concluded she will stay a two gaited horse. With a lot of warm up and experience you can get a trot and canter out of her but it's too much work for both horse and rider and we will let her be. We do not want to sell a horse like this, but decided she would do well in our riding school as a horse for beginners or even a Tölt clinic.
